Nope, we don't sell anything with ethanol in it. Some other brands such as Quicksilver and Starbrite are ethanol based and smell pretty bad. Mercury doesn't even recommend the Quicksilver antifreeze for their engines.

We have some antifreeze left over from last year. It will remain at last years prices until we get our next shipment next week. Antifreeze went up 10-12% over last year. We are guessing it will be around $4-4.50 per gallon this year. We have about 15 cases left right now.

Also the rebate this year is $1 off per gallon from Camco. That makes is $2.19 per gallon at the lowest cost!

Any -100 left Dan?

Al, that's only 10 gallons more than I use to winterize boats vulnerable areas.

BobJ, Use 5 gals in each engine...Use 2 gals in Genny...Use use 2 gals in my air cond.....Use 4 gals in my water system....Use 2 gal in my holding tank.....Use 1 gal in my bilge...Boat stored in water....That's 21 gallons.....

Al, actually use 2 gals. of A/F with equal amount of water per engine. Could interpret that as 4 gals/engine but that w/b a 50/50 mixture. Same holds true for genny. One gallon of A/F with one gallon of water.......2 gallons of 50/50 blend.
Re fresh water system; blow most of system out with compressed air. Maximum 3 gallons of pink stuff for fresh water system. Nothing for air conditioner; just compressed air.
This has worked well since buying boat new in '93.

Does anybody re-use the pink antifreeze? I have recycled my water system AF for 3 years. Just pump it back into the gallon containers and store. Is there anything wrong with this?

I can't imagine there's anything wrong with that as long as you don't let it sit out in the sun all summer.

I don't see any harm in it. Most antifreeze is recycled airplane antifreeze I think anyway. Only problem would be if it mixes with water and you use it again it will dilute and will not be full strength. If it is being used in metal parts or engines that is a problem because anything less then 30% PG is not safe for metals and the only 30% PG on the market is the -50 we sell.
