As most of you know we have been holding the Reef Fund and not making donations to the NJ Reef Program until the Pots off the Reefs legislation was passed. Many of the state's fishing clubs are doing the same.

Reef Rescue is starting a very aggressive campaign to work on getting this legislation passed before the summer recess. There will be videos published on YouTube, protests and a rally all in the coming weeks.

I do not know all that donated to the Barnegat Fishin' Hole Reef Fund over the years, except for the last two that I have been at the helm. I would like to suggest that in lieu of a NJ Reef Program donation we donate $250 from the Barnegat Fishin' Hole Reef Fund to Reef Rescue to aid in their campaign.

Donate all $ available..more bang for the buck than paying for reef balls that are already deployed.
