Friday 5/10 Brian W took his Family out for an early mothers day present and were rewarded with 5 fat bass.
We trolled with the fleet and were rewarded with two 34 pound bass, one 25 pound bass and two 17 pound bass. It was high fives all around as Mom caught the biggest bass at 34 pounds 11 ounces! Father and son also broke their personal records. Despite bringing bananas.

As an aside it was nice to hear all of the fishin' hole guys on the radio getting some action. Chrome spoons and green spoons worked for us we had no action of shads or stretch lures. But judging by everyone on the radio it was about going fishing and putting time in and not what color or type of lure you had.

Saturday I canceled my trip due to the weather and went fishing with my cousin we caught 3 bass on plugs and clammed up 4 more so if you have been waiting to fish grab some rods and go because the run is on!
