Launched at sunset last night with John(crackonoon) in search of some stripers. This was John's first time kayak fishing and I think he might be hooked! John had some hickory shad and a short fluke and I had a few bass that hit a Rapala Xrap and some hickey shad that hit the teaser. I switched over to a Zara Super Spook and finally got a schoolie on it. What a sight to see and hear the bass explode on topwater in the dark. Had a great night and hope to get out again soon.
