Tony, your spoons and bunker spoon rod killed em off seaside. We barely even got them to the bottom sometimes. We lost a cow that bowed the rod tip to the gunwale. But we had plenty in the box and left them biting. Thanks for a quality product.......

Don't put too much fret on the peeling. I just sand mine down and repaint them. Spoons look great again. Usually will do this once a year. It also give me a chance to play around with the colors. I have one I painted white then hit it with some blue and it has out fished the plain solid colored ones. Also did a green and white one which has performed well too. Most of my spoons are over 5 years old. Other than loosing an weight once in a while, which is probably my fault for not checking them for tightness more often. I cant say enough about Maja spoons. They almost always produce.

I brought the spoon to lacey marine they gave me a new one and are returning the old very nice of them.Im a retired sheet metal worker and have made a few of my own out of heavy gage aluminum i just made i heavyer weight.I repainted an old Maja spoon black never saw one like that but figured black plugs do good so why not.It almost looks too good to put in the water.Must admit I have only caught big blues on the spoons.I did buy a mojo 36 oz. going to give that a try.I'll let you know how they do .Thanks
