Trump Trip--You pay the advertised charter rate and everyone gets to keep the fish you catch.
Bernie Boat Ride--You pay the advertised charter rate plus a 20% surcharge. The James Gang crew keeps all fish caught in the boats cooler. During the return trip to port, the charter members must complete an eligibility form listing race, income, and the number of dependents waiting for the fish. Fillet distribution is based on submitted forms.
