Well guys I have put away the rods and reels, cleaned up all the tackle and my 2013 Guide season is over. Overall is was a great year and ended up doing 35 guides right on track with last past few years. Seems losing the tackle shop it hurt my business with the summer fluke, weakfish, and shark guides. This year the Fluke fishing was fantastic off the beach with largest being 7.6 lbs bye one of my guides. The striper fishing was just awful both spring and fall here on the island and I had to do my last 10 up in IBSP so we could catch some fish. The weak fishing was also great early in the spring and my guides had some awesome fishing with largest being 8 lbs, we didn't see the monsters this year but the amount was nice. Shark fishing was an average year with some great nights and some slower nights. Overall i had a blast and met some great people teaching them a thing or 2 along the way.

Was a pretty good bite of decent sized fish today in IBSP if your willing to fish in the cold and snot there still some nice fish around heard to 20 lbs
