Blues, Bass, and fluke all being caught yesterday from the surf and boat. The spring run of fish seems to be taking hold with the bay and ocean side both producing fish. Just pick your method in each situation and work at it, success will come. Cut bunker, clams, and squid are natural baits doing the trick. Poppers, swimmers and metals are good artificial choices. The boats are once again enjoying landing large bass on the troll with bunker spoons. If trolling is not your thing then finding schools of bunker and using the snag and drop method is deadly! ...
