Slammer blues are increasing in numbers both in the bay and out front in the ocean. Mixed in with these fish in both locations are short to keeper size bass. Cut bunker and large poppers are always the way to go with those tackle busting blues. Clams, sand and blood worms along with X-Raps, SP style swimmers and buck tails will all score on the bass. Crabbers have been catching keeper size crabs off our dock for a few days now, no great blitz but a good start to the season... John Yac
