Big blues still roam the back bay! These fish seem to want cut bait only. Anglers throwing artificials are having no luck. Mullet are starting to show in all the early spots now, marking the beginning of their fall run. There are reports of keeper bass starting to be taken in the Manasquan River and nearby areas. Crabbing is hot and cold from our rental boats. The dock remains slow in the crabbing department, while slammer blues and snappers are still available... John Yac
