Boat stands aren't on there. Really can't ship them. Small ones are $64.99 larger are $69.99.

Dan, I have a 75' bulkhead with a 50'dock, would 1/2 HP be the size you recommend? Is this something that should run all the time or just cycle on and off for a few hours a day?

Also, what are your store hours during the week?

Thanks Tom

Tom,

Get the Thermostat plugin for the ice-eater - then it's automatic and you don't need to worry about it... It usually costs $30-$40, but worth it... Danny

I have the Kasco ice eater and it does 40' of dock and slip area and all of my 90' bulkhead and then some, at least 120' Length x 6' wide at the bulkhead in a hard freeze. Dan is right get the temp/timer. It is well worth it...John

A 1/2HP will roughly do a 30'w X 60'l angled correctly. The 3/4HP will do 35' X 75' and the 1HP will do a 45' X 90' area. They will do more or less depending on what angle they are at.

The thermostats are a great idea and can save you the money you spent on them in not time because the ice eater is not running all the time or you don't have to run outside and plug it in.

The new thermostats are adjustable so you can adjust the temps for it to turn on based on how fresh or salt water you are.
