West Systems just came out with Six10 adhesive. I have a feeling this might start to take the place of 3M 5200. It can be used underwater and has the strength of the 105 system. We are stocking it and already have to reorder it as it is flying off teh shelf. If you are doing a project consider using this as alternative to 5200 or 4200.

I think the best thing about it besides the stength is you can reseal it. It uses a plug and nut to seal it and you can get extra static mixer nozzles and reuse the cartridge.

Here is more info on it - West System Six10

Sounds great for some applications, not sure about use on through hulls though. It sounds like they are marketing it as a DIY solution to the previously only available to professionals/boat builders methyl methacrylate. My understanding of the product is that it is more intended for use joining the hull to the deck chemically, or for certain glass repair projects.

I contacted the owner of WS and he stated that it can be used on thru-hulls both above and below the waterline.
