Post the recipe if possible... I made bluefish cakes this week with the couple of 6 lb blues that swallowed the lures last Sat. I used the recipe I use for bass cakes, removed all dark meat before cubing and added a little extra spice. Served with a little chipotle mayo and a salad, they were great. In fact one of my sons preferred them to the bass cakes...John
