Dave, I think we had a few more than 27 keepers. Walt and I hacked them pretty good. We came up with 27 fish the Polish way, count the good fillets and divide by 2.

Dave I filleted 30 fish in one half hour,and JT skinned them granted only 27 fish were reconized as fillets. But percentage wise thats 90%. I still get an A,no really i only hacked 2 fish.The rest were perfect.JT was able to salvage the 2 i messed up.

Nice catch Capt. John.....I think your cleaning table needs to be raised a little...I would have a sore back leaning over cleaning the fish.....Unless it's the weight of the fish making it lower.....lol
