Brian Great job. I was out yesterday also puff fishing but didn't do anywhere as we'll as you guys.

went down by the inlet yesterday just playing around and my friend billy got a large puffer on a fluke rig!!not quite as big as that one on the table,but still bigger than any i have seen in years!!jak

Salted clam outfished squid but there was a point I think I could have put a booger on the hook and did just as well.

Now that is a pile of fish and good eats!

Nice cafch there. Looks like We might need to talk to Tom there at South Harbor about getting a bigger filet table!!

AWESOME catch Brian. My question is did you find them in the clean water or in the brown water closer to the mainland? I have been out blowfishing 3 times this august from the 42 up to the BI with nothing to show for it. Last year i was boating 100+ a trip Help! my freezer is empty!!

BB, this is a thread and picture from last August. Sadly, I haven't heard of anyone having a haul like that this year.
