Nice catch,
I showed my wife the pics and she said "you can't even catch one off a boat and someone can catch one in a Kayak" Made me feel reel great tonight.

I know I'm not reeling her(in) tonight..

easier in a yak, they never spook, can stay out later than the boats normally do, and you can go right over top of the bunker without putting them down, and you can cover way more ground in a truck finding fish quicker, and it's one :xxx: of a ride! i have a boat too but this is definitely easier to get on fish

Nice! I would love to get a yak but will probably go with new electronics instead.

who is taking those pics? 20 plus fish in one day? you should teach a fishing class...not to mention the one over 50 lbs.

my buddy in his yak took the pics, and i caught most of those fish right before dark, for some reason boaters see the sun starting to set and head for the barn, and thats when the fish really turn on, and come up top, last time was spooking a fish finning up top every 5-10 paddles, they make such a big boil in front of the yak it scares me sometimes, and you have it all to yourself, beaching the yak in pitch black conditions is a little unnerving though, ate it a couple of times, lol! that 52" fish was my biggest bass yet, and i cant weigh it on a yak, but i'm pretty sure it hit the 50lb mark, made my year! i've put a lot of time in to finally get that fish, it inspired me to get a waterproof camera

I have two of those and plan to fish off of them more this year. Just need to rig some wheels to get it up the street and across the sand.

When it is windy, forget it. You constantly have to fight to keep from ending up 5 miles away.
