Description
This is the biggest I have gotten on the my boat at B Reef/Tires. Bill Grays fish.
Only fish of the day but it broke up the skate mahem.

Also, had about 3 trigger fish just swimming around my boat eating scraps of bait floating around. Thats when you know your boat aint moving... pulled out @ noon hot hot hot.

Good luck all.

Oh there are some big one's out there. We caught a few last week. Had one the other day was 19in.but had to come back due to engine issues. and a JA...that kept comming with in 10 feet of my boat and kept folling me around the reef!

What did that sea bass weigh? My guess - 7 pounds.

Capt Billy - you have all month to sign up for the trash tourny and weigh in some of those ghetto scallops.

I bet. Spoke with someone the other day who likes fluke but not Sea Bass. To each his own, but I don't get it. I love Sea Bass. In the grouper family and delicious eating fish. Good stuff.

I thought it was the other way around? I thought the family was 'the sea bass family' and grouper was name given to the larger sea bass.

Could be - I just know they are related somewhere along the King Phillip Came Over For Good Spaghetti chain.
