You would not believe how many large and small ones had tooth marks on them. Many had lamprey scars also.

Lost many 1/2 oz spinner baits when they were completely inhaled and 30lb braid was simply sliced in two.

Nice one, Joe! I have never been to Champlain, but have about 20 years of experience on Lake George.
Never got a big pike there, only hammerheads. Plenty of big bass, though.
