I only had seen a bald eagle once - in flight - in Maine directly above me @ about 50'...what a sight to see! What a magnificent animal...!

brian, great picture,i love a bird that doesn't eat seed!!i was trout fishing up at the audubon society in the great swamp one day, i was waiting to sign in and was watching the birds in the feeding area that they had set up and right by the window there was a picture of a red tail getting a grey squirrel! i told the person working there "that's my idea of a bird feeder!!!"

There is a Bald Eagle Nest in the cell tower behind the Stop N Shop on Old Hooper Ave in Brick. They come back every spring. You can tell they are around when you see the cars parked and people stopping to take pictures.
