The meat is delicate so I never freeze it. When I have more than I can consume I give it away to my neighbors and friends. They are always happy to eat it. Marc

Add sea salt to the water prior to freezing and it will taste fresh and remain firm. Be sure to cover all the ling with the salt water. _________________________ Capt.
