Re: table fare: They can be. I like to bleed them immediately and then right in the slurry. On the grill the same day, but many prefer them smoked. I won’t eat them if they’ve been in the freezer for more than a few days.

I'm a believer of Macks. Bled them in the slurry on the boat, then right on the grill, skin side down, salt, pepper, garlic sauce, lemon,. Awesome. The taste is similar to swordfish, good hearty fish
