Def looks like Striper cakes are on the menu.
Look for the Captain Ricks recipe in older post under the galley thread - I dice the meat smaller than the posted recipe into very small pieces, about 1/4" in size.
This year I plan on (if I can land one by the beach) adding crab meat to the recipe.
