Went out with my buddy Charlie, Frank and my girls. Started near the Research Buoy area with a few shorts. As more boats came we decided to move to a spot we have been doing good at near the BI Buoy. We ended up with 20+ shorts and 5 keepers up to 23". All fish hit S&S Big Eye bucktails tipped with gulp and a killie and a killie on the teaser hook. Gulp didn't seem to matter but my 23" hit a 5" salmon red gulp grub.
