Monday 4/29 was a tough morning on the water we tried everything and had only 1 bluefish to show for it. Unfortunately that is fishing and it was a matter of time before it happened. Hopefully it is a long time before it happens again.
Sunday 5/5 is the opposite story I had Bob B and his crew out for
some bay bass action and it was as good a fishing as you can ask for! Drowning clams on the outgoing tide it was a limit for the boat of fish between 28-34 inches. Total we had 13 bass and bites for the entire time we fished. They were a little tough to hook at times but with the action steady throughout the tide the total continued to add up.
