NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
REVISION OF THE 2005 ARITIFICIAL REEF MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR NEW JERSEY


The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Fish and Wildlife, hereby gives notice that t is recommending a limited revision to the, “Artificial Reef Management Plan for New Jersey” to reinstate subway cars as acceptable ocean reef material.
The public comment period on the recommended revision begins on the publication of this notice and will close within (30) days of this publication (has been extended to November 23rd).

Any interested person may submit written comments during this period to:

Great news.
We're building our reef fund with the goal of sinking one of those cars!!! It may take as much as $5,000, so we're about half way there.
