Great weather to say the least! The surf is still producing a abundance of cocktail blues and kingfish on all stages of the tide. Fluke fishing in the surf is a matter of keeping on the move, hitting all the good looking spots with either bucktail/gulp or live killie/squid combos. Remember you are allowed to keep (2) fluke at 16 inches in IBSP, all other locations are (3) fluke at 18 inches. Rays and sharks still roam the night tides putting some nice bends in anglers rods. Crabbing and blow fishing are off the charts in the back bay in all the usual spots... John Yac

No love from the fluke lately so gave crabbing a shot at GLP this morning. Got nine 5”+ males today in under an hour. Please don’t laugh but the only reason we left is because we ran out of bait. Bring extra bunker they are hungry.
