When is the latest,you can pull the boat,like to fish up until the end of november.

Our regular season ends on October 15, but we offer fall slip rates from October 16 to December 15 at a reasonable rate for the fall fisherman.

Is is recommended to winterize the boat with full or empty fuels tanks. I'm still getting mixed answers on this one. I have two 100 gallon fuel tanks. I usually top them off before I winter store. Thanks,

We recommend full tanks with a Stabilizer and Addative like Startron added.

I hear ya Joe. We have seem far fewer problems with full tanks vs. half filled, empty, or partily filled.

Let me add my "two cents." I have had my boat winterized at Sun Harbor for several years and have never had a problem. My tanks are always topped off with stabilizer and startron added.

Also, their head mechianic, Mike is excellent. I have had work done and they are dependable and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

What's the Tonnage of the lift at Sun Harbor??? Is it an open end...

We use a forklift for boats up to 32 feet, or if the boat is larger, we have a contractor pull the vessel for us and store it on our property.

Hi Joe, I'm a frequent (weekender) visitor to your bait/tackle shop and received many a good fishing tip from Larry & you folk - thank you(s) for that.

I'm moving into your marina (already paid for 2010 summer) & wish to leave boat/trainer there for winter (summer trailer).

I previously had her winter stored/serviced at dealer but not happy w/service level nor storage facility.

Not sure how to calc. service for me boat so here's what I usually get done:
* pull boat (24' SeaBoss CC/ttop w/225 2006 Envirude DFI Bombadier 2 Cyc.).
* power wash bottom.
* winterize eng.
* top off tank & stabilize.
* replace plugs (always), filters (always) & anodes (as necessary)
* spring make ready.
* replace grease/oil down in prop/shaft area.
* splash boat.

Not sure about storing batteries on boat w/o a charge source - I'll probably take home for trickle charge.

Fresh water winterize still unused from prior years since the pump needs troubleshooting...

I have my own cover so no shrink wrap needed.

Anyway what can I expect to see for a cost to the above.

are you accepting deposits to secure a winter storage? I have a 21 tf. crownline presently docked in Glimmer Glass. Would need info on how to get to your Marina as well.
