Another crazy day in the 2017 fall striper run! It was a matter of who you talked to and where they were fishing. It was mostly the bait guys fishing cut bunker in the right places at the right time that accounted for yesterday's weigh-in's. The bunker schools were stretched out from Brick Beach to IBSP. It was just a matter of where and when they came within casting range. Between whale activity and tons of boats the schools of bait were being pushed in and out, making the surf bite hot and cold in different locations. But once again the trusty bunker spoon guys were having yet another banner day! Our good friend Walt D. and his crew loaded up once more and verified the day's trolling action... John Yac
