I had the RTK charter out for an inshore troll trip to the Barnegat Ridge. After a smooth ride out we arrived to the ridges first thing in the am. Searched around for some mahi but come up empty handed. Put out the spread and worked the north ridge. It started out slow for us then next thing you know we had two on. For the rest of the day we had consistent action with most fish being caught on small clark spoons. Rich, Charlie and Fred are an awesome crew!

We will continue to run open boat inshore troll trips for BFT/Mahi/Bonita. Anyone interested please call or email me for details.

Brian,
Nice job yesterday. Sounds like you had a good day on the water.

Tried calling you when I heard you from the Ridge on the VHF. I was near my dock and heard you loud and clear, I think the antenna you chose is more than adequate. I was in the skiff so my antenna tip was only about nine feet off above sea level. I doubt I could have possibly reached you.

I am glad to see you finally re surface. I did not hear you, I was actually shocked to hear nad speak with Kevin on his 17 Whaler (On the Flats. Another good reception day. Hopefully we will see out on the water soon. Give me a call.

Thanks again Brian, we had a great time. Everyone enjoyed the day. You run a class operation, you and your dad were great, a real pleasure to fish with.

Thanks for putting us on the fish once again!

Pretty work Brian!

Glad everyone had a great time. I was nervous when I did not hear back from you last night with the lightning storms rolling in.

BTW, thanks for keeping my float plan for me on Thurs/Fri.

Thanks Nick.
As soon as we came in through the inlet the storms rolled over us with rain and lighning. Made it to the dock and headed for cover as that was some nasty lighning especially with 18ft outriggers sitting up top. We will plan a crew trip or do a buddy trip to the deep real soon.

I hear yah on the part about here today gone tomorrow or should have been here yesterday. I guess we need to keep plugging the areas like the Resor and the Glory and we find them.
