I had Andy, Ed, Joe, and Mike out this morning(missed a good one Walter) We left the inlet at 7:15 and headed Southeast to a wreck in 85 feet of water. The wind kicked up out of the south a little earlier than expected, and conditions were pretty rough by 11:00am.

We double anchored and wiggled around the same wreck all day and put together a boat limit of 30 tog by 12:15. We played catch and release for another hour, and picked up the anchors around 1:15 pm and headed home.

Top fish for the day was caught by Andy at 11.03 lbs and I had the next biggest fish at 9.70lbs. We had many fish in the 3 to 7lb range, and the bite was the best just before we decided to head for the barn.

Running another open boat trip this Friday. I think I have 2 open spots.

When asked where did we catch the fish, it's always in the same place, the lip.....
