Holy smokes..I've caught hundreds of sheepsheads in Florida, none compare to that beast.

John sheepsheads are fantastic fish. Eat great and fight like h*ll, will try and wrap you around structure. Need a good bubba blade to run against the bones and be sure you conk them on the head before fileting, those spikes will nick you up good if they twitch. My eating preference on Florida dock fish are Redfish, snook, sheepshead, mangrove snapper, black drum, seatrout.
