I caught them on powerbait from shore. i used to catch lakers when i would bring my boat there but i dont use my boat too much anymore. i would troll for them, and fish them with herring or big shiners. merrill creek reservoir has them also.

i used to fish rv alot before i started saltwater fishing.(ten minutes from home)

The rainbows cruise the shoreline this time of year and you can catch them from now until about the begining of may in shallow water.

Nice Fish...Pretty soon I think we all will be fresh water fishing.....What happens to the commercial fisherman? Do they get cut back on their quota's and now the federal reefs will be full of pots....What a laugh.....

yeah al they do...their getting kill;ed too...my dad was a comm. and i have a freind that own's 3 boats...all the comms are hurtin'....except for the SWORDS boat's!!!
