Description

Had two friend from work out on the Blue Pirate today. Hoping to get them into some fish... After a slow start, coming up empty on the snag & drop while the radio was alive with reports of epic catches, we wound up on the troll with 2 @ 36 inches in the box, followed by this fish of a lifetime for my friend Rich 'Gugs' Gugliota. Back at the dock the fish taped out at 50 inches with a 28.5 inch girth. Estimated at 50.5 pounds, according to the Striper Size Calculator posted by HRFANJ.org at http://hrfanj.org/StSize.htm

Thanks to Tuna Kahuna for calling us to the spot where we trolled up this beauty. We all took a photo with her!
