Description
I have a severe case of cabin fever. I was just thinking of this idea and put together a prototype. The cooler takes up so much room so why not raise it and use underneath for storage. This is on a 150 but could be made to any size...Height is enough for 5 gal buckets, tackle, another cooler, or whatever. I am going to put PVC pole holders on the sides. The PVC can be straight or tilted to your use or liking. Bungie or strap can keep cooler in place or hold a smaller cooler tight. I was going to look for a rubber material to put on the bottom of the legs so it does not slide. My other Idea was to connect fold out legs to give it more stability in rough water but you could swing them out of the way so as not to be in your way on nice days. Any and all comments/ideas are welcome. My only unknown is how to finish it...paint/epoxy etc?
