I thought I caught a Spanish Mackerel... However on further review it is a King Mackerel.

A fishing guide in the keys told me to look at the fish right when it came out of the water all lit up and:
- if it had a perfectly straight line down the side then it was a cero
- if the prismatic look of the scales was dominant then it was a king
- if the spots were yellow and dominant then it was a spanish
