Due to the weather I decided to try the dry rub that came in the captain's bags from the tournament out on steam grilled burgers indoors. Beef for the admiral and veggie for myself. I also used it on some diced potatoes with onion and garlic in the skillet. Both were excellent, and this was the first time that the Admiral asked me to put more of any kind of spice on something. Usually I have to make two batches, one with about 3 flakes of spices for her and another for me so I can taste what I am putting on it. She is already asking when will I make something on the grill with it.
