The Admiral is a nurse and works late twice a week. On those nights I'm "single"... My lazy dinner is a couple of frozen, skinless chicken breasts that I sprinkle some dry rub on both sides (while frozen) I pop them in my preheated George Foreman grill and about 7 to 8 mins later.... dinner ( some frozen green beans in the microwave ( 2 mins) goes nicely with it.)

Also mix some rub to taste in mayo for tuna salad.

If any of you remember "The Toms Ribber" BBQ on Fisher several years ago, that rub was the basis for their ribs. Most of the Ribber City sauces originated at "The Toms Ribber".
